Enjoyment was the key word for the selection and composition of the recipes in »Schmatz!« (»Munch!«). »Schmatz!« proves that veganism has nothing to do with asceticism. Gourmets get their money's worth here. All the recipes originate from the private collection of the cook Inge Braun and were continuously developed and refined over the years. Most of the dishes are in the style of classic Austrian cuisine. Thus there are such recipes as Waldviertel style potato dumplings, original Viennese potato salad genauso wie den original Wiener potato salad, stuffed bell peppers, cabbage rolls and Wiener schnitzel.
